I started the programme as I wanted to make some more positive lifestyle changes. Since joining the programme I have worked on my self-confidence, eating and alcohol consumption habits and finances.

Emily has helped me make better choices such as food prepping which gives me more time to go to the gym, saves me money and eating healthier. My initial reason for seeking the coaching was the need to improve my routine and with that my general wellbeing. During the programme I realised that all habits matter and small positive changes can improve quality of life significantly. With the help of this programme I have created a morning routine that helps me wake up my body and mind, reduce muscle pain and makes my body more flexible. By doing the routine regularly I can feel the positive impact on my body throughout the whole day.

My health coach Emily is very informative and can give great advice. She gives safe space to voice all my needs and concerns, encourages me to create goals and act in order to achieve them.
