What is a Wellness Coaching?

Wellness Coaching is a process that involves working with a Coach who will support and empower you to make sustainable changes that improve your overall wellbeing and help you to thrive.

Coaching is similar to having your own personal cheerleader and mentor. Someone who is there encouraging and supporting you every step of the way.

Sometimes all it takes is a few small tweaks. Other times it requires bigger changes or a complete overhaul. Change can be scary. And it can be hard. But change is good and it is achievable and it can give you the life you want and deserve.

What areas of life does Wellness Coaching cover?

I use a holistic approach that covers all aspects of life. Here are just a few examples:

  • Nutrition

  • Stress

  • Purpose

  • Sleep

  • Daily Routine

What would a Wellness Coaching session be like?

Every person is unique and has different needs and goals. I design bespoke programmes that are highly customised. Typically we would meet over Zoom on a regular basis. Most people prefer weekly or every other week but it can be more or less often. Together we would find a frequency that works best for you.

In the initial session we would review all aspects of your current lifestyle to look at what is working well (and not so well). We would discuss your goals - both short term and longer term - and put together a plan. In subsequent sessions we would work on identifying small but meaningful changes that get you closer to your goals. You will come away from each session with one or more action items for the week ahead that you will be implementing. Between sessions I provide support and accountability via WhatsApp or email.
